Where your car needs one of those we say so and tell you to go to the dealer for that item rather than take the work and improvise. Power window kits, a QLED or IPS Android head unit with wireless CarPlay from Rs 8,499, a 360-degree birdview camera from Rs 9,999, Bi-LED headlight and projector fog upgrades from Rs 2,999, custom bucket-fit seat covers from Rs 6,999. What matters is how it is wired: we run a proper loom to the correct fuse and earth points rather than splicing into whatever is nearest, because a lazy retrofit is what causes a parasitic battery drain six months later and gives a dealer a reason to argue about your warranty.

The product warranty is the manufacturer's, on their terms, and we hand you that document - typically covering the head unit against failure for a stated period, and the cover material against stitching failure and delamination under normal use. Our own fitment is separately our responsibility: if a loom we ran develops a fault, a panel we removed rattles, or a cover we tailored does not sit right, bring it back with the invoice and we put it right. Neither covers physical damage, water ingress from a window left open, or normal wear.

Yes. Anything we take off your car is kept aside for you to inspect, and on a normal paid repair it goes home with you if you want it. On an insurance claim the insurer may require the old parts to be retained as salvage, and we will tell you when that applies rather than let you find out later.

Yes. Dombivli does the full detailing range — ceramic and graphene coating, self-healing PPF, paint correction and interior detailing — alongside the mechanical work. Both our studios do both. Come to whichever is closer to you.

Yes. This premises has its own paint booth, so accident damage and cashless insurance claims are handled here. Which of our two premises does a given repair is decided case by case on workload and parts availability, so you get the car back as early as possible. Grand Automotive, our dedicated bodyshop division, is at the Panvel premises, and a dedicated setup for Dombivli is on the way.

Check your warranty booklet and we will read it with you. The Competition Commission of India has held that a manufacturer cannot cancel your entire warranty simply because you used an independent workshop, but conditions about parts and scheduled maintenance still apply and vary by manufacturer. If your car is young enough that the dealer is genuinely the better place for a particular job, we will tell you that rather than take the work.

We will fit parts you supply, but the warranty on that part stays between you and wherever you bought it — we cannot stand behind a component we did not source. Labour is quoted the same either way. If we think the part is wrong for your car, or not safe for the job, we will tell you before fitting it rather than after.
