A workshop family, not a franchise counter.
A3 grew out of hands-on mechanical work. Grand Automotive Service Centre, our bodyshop arm, has been repairing accident-damaged cars at the Panvel Industrial Estate for over a decade. The detailing studios came later, built to the same standard: you get told what is wrong, what it costs, and what we are actually going to do about it.
Written quote first
You see the number before any spanner moves. If the job grows, we call you before we continue.
A date, and a call if it moves
You get a delivery date up front. If it slips, you hear it from us rather than finding out on the day.
You see the product
Coatings, films and consumables are shown to you in their packaging before they go on your car.
You see the old part
Anything we replace is kept aside for you to inspect, and on a normal paid repair it goes home with you if you want it. On an insurance claim the insurer may require the old parts, and we will say so up front.
